First time, we gave up due to us being indecisive about either staying in Arizona or moving out of state. After a year or half a year passed by, we decided to stay and we reached out again. She has went above and beyond for us due to our strange schedule since my husband works two jobs. We also live far away from where she is located and she was very patient with us on the drive; it doesn’t mean to have an excuse to always be late with her but she is willing to work with you on your needs! I chose Vicky out of the rest from that group because everyone else I had spoken with, would not work with us due to our budget needs or because they’d prefer “we wait” but waiting was until the last minute of our apartment lease ending and we were unsure of credit situation. She’s great for first time home buyers and I was pleased with the service she gave me. Lastly, Vicky is also very honest and firm when it comes to the home conditions. We are unsure of what’s ok and not ok in a home before purchasing and she has given us honest input for everything

Last summer, she helped us find houses. During the month with 110+ degree heat, she personally visited the houses we were interested in because we could not.
