Vicky Luu was a joy to work with and a force to be reckoned with in the real estate business! Last summer, she helped us find houses. During the month with 110+ degree heat, she personally visited the houses we were interested in because we could not. She video called us so we can tour it virtually, and she shared with us her sharp observations and her eye to detail which my parents (who are moderately experienced home buyers and extreme sticklers for details) greatly appreciated.
She advised us on the best strategy to put our offers in, and, with her vigor and professionalism, we landed my new home within a couple of weeks of working with her, after months of working with at least 3 other realtors in the area.
If you want a realtor who is responsive to you, knowledgeable of the market and AZ area, professionally aggressive for the house YOU want, I strongly recommend working with Vicky Luu. She kept us informed and on track during the whole process. We had many questions since we are not locals to Arizona and Vicky was able to answer everyone one of them.

I found Vicky on Facebook in a group community and had to work with her two times. First time, we gave up due to us being indecisive about either staying in Arizona or moving out of state. After a year or half a year passed by, we decided to stay and we reached out again. She has went above and beyond for us due to our strange schedule since my husband works two jobs. We also live far away from where she is located and she was very patient with us on the drive; it doesn’t mean to have an excuse to always be late with her but she is willing to work with you on your needs!
I chose Vicky out of the rest from that group because everyone else I had spoken with, would not work with us due to our budget needs or because they’d prefer “we wait” but waiting was until the last minute of our apartment lease ending and we were unsure of credit situation. She’s great for first time home buyers and I was pleased with the service she gave me.
Lastly, Vicky is also very honest and firm when it comes to the home conditions. We are unsure of what’s ok and not ok in a home before purchasing and she has given us honest input for everything
